Situated in the heart of Queen Street West District, the notable challenge of this project was to navigate the myriad of municipal approvals, including the Heritage Preservation District Guidelines for Queen Street West, which are considered one of the toughest in the City. The design incorporates retail uses on the lower two levels, offices on the upper levels and a residential penthouse. Our services also included completion of construction documents and obtaining a Foundation Permit from the City prior to the project being put on hold.
