A mixed-use building in the best tradition of the Toronto main streets building typology with 2 retail stores on the ground level and 16 rental apartments on the upper levels. Notable design elements include the use of on-grade parking stackers to minimize parking footprint and intensive landscaping on the three sides of the property to buffer the development from adjacent properties. Our scope of services included all phases of the development, including planning approvals, construction documents to constructive review.
